Was calling us about every 2 weeks- once a month saying something on our policy was messed up and it was our fault and kept saying we owed hundreds of dollars and we payed, then we got a cancellation letter with no warning and so we called our mortgage company and our company said they hadn’t received any notice of us owing money, or of a cancellation. Once we got our mortgage company involved, our “debt” to them went from $3,000 to $400 but they still couldn’t tell us what it was for. We have since cancelled and got a new insurance, and they are still calling and now sending mail saying we owe them about $3,000. They are a SCAM. Please do not use this branch. The account is under my husbands name not mine. This review is real. She is a scam artist."
